The Question of Representation:-
The question of bringing forth the complete essence of the effort of synthesizing Spatial, Material, Technological, Spiritual, FORM, Cultural, Socialness, Publicness, Privateness; while handling the organization of any Project; how could this be handled graphically as an act of Drawing??
The concept of the CUT-AXOMETRIC drawing comes closest to addressing these concerns. It is the most inclusive of mediums of drawing that at once involves the PLAN, thus space, the SECTION; thus the Volume, The section for FACADE, LIGHT and SHADE, VIEWS and also the aspect of STRUCTURE from base to ROOF; in that the entire idea of CONSTRUCTION, MATERIALITY, FORM, TEXTURE, FINISH, COLOR, COMPOSITION and all at once in their own spatiality.
Constructing a CUT-AXO drawing is generating and expressing at once the Structuring of Thought that has been reflected in this synthesis we call Project Resolution.
